Màloma is a restaurant which opened 2 weeks before the lockdown, but within that short period won the hearts of its customers. Victor and Georges, two young chefs, offer gourmet cuisine with a fermentation twist. They favour local products, mainly organic and seasonal, from ethical and sustainable agriculture.
They offer tartlets at noon and a restaurant in the evening.
