Faris opened this bakery in May 2020 in a place where there was already a bakery but he completely renovated the establishment and installed a workshop. Two artisans work in the workshop, each with their own speciality, one bread and the other pastries.
The specialities? Waldkorn bread, multi-grain, nut bread (weekends only), pro-corn, brioche, cramique, ciabatta, cramolin and cupcakes. But the flagship products are the good old-fashioned baguette and the pure butter raspberry crust. In a nutshell, everything is homemade (and exceptional), except the macaroons and doughnuts.
A tasting room will be set up in the future, but you can already buy chicken and almond pastillas or prepared sandwiches to take away.
