Beauclair has brought together a small community of gourmets since October 2018. All their dishes are made in their workshop in Schaerbeek from fresh, seasonal, 80% local products. The cuisine is vegetarian and largely vegetable. The production method of the products used is sustainable and respectful for the environment.
They offer you every day at the Comptoir:
A fresh and velvety soup of steamed vegetables (to preserve the nutrients) as well as a handful of legumes (to ensure a source of protein).
A consistent and tasty vegetable crumble, made with a vegetable cream, roasted vegetables and a topping of oatmeal, buckwheat and toasted hazelnuts.
A dish of the day composed of cereals, a legume and a variety of roasted vegetables varying according to the chef's inspiration and the vegetables available from their producers.
A Roasted Vegetable Sandwich and a raw milk cheese Sandwich.
Some fruit juices, iced teas and our chocolate fondant.
They also offer the Dish of the day and the Soup + Crumble of roasted vegetable delivered for business lunches, as well as a tailor-made catering service.
